This is an annual FREE event and one of the longest running and most acclaimed art festivals in California. Last weekend we attended the 63rd annual Festival of Arts and had a great time! We even purchased some beautiful pieces from a local artist to adorn one of our Hamilton Cove villas! The painting pictured below won 2nd place!
